Delivery
The delivery within the EU is provided by parcel delivery services. The cost and time of the delivery depends on the country of destination and the weight of the parcel. Please note that some countries may impose customs duties and/or handling fees. Also, oversized shipments tend to take longer than regular postal deliveries due to the logistics involved.
The order is delivered within 1 – 16 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods. Only upon receipt of payment for the goods, the formation of the parcel of goods begins and the term of delivery of the goods begins to count.
Courier delivery within the EU.
Packages to EU countries are sent via the DPD service, always on the condition that the package will be delivered directly to the house, not to the dispensary. You will see the shipping price before you confirm your order.
When picking up the shipment, we recommend checking the goods from the carrier. In particular, the integrity of the packaging and in the event of any defects best to be reported in writing to the carrier himself.
Wrong address, missed items and returns
If you do not receive the goods and the postal company returns them to us, you must pay the shipping costs. The price of the product will be credited upon our receipt. We will contact you and let you know immediately.
